Ottawa Synchro

We are the only synchronized swimming club from the national capital region which has been competing at the national level since 1969.

Our members are encouraged to develop a life-long love of good sportsmanship and an appreciation of a healthy lifestyle. We are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence.

Located centrally, at Brewer Pool and Carleton University Olympic Pool, Ottawa Synchro is proud to offer a wide range of programs from the beginner to the elite athlete in both official languages.

Ottawa Synchro invites young athletes to experience the fun and excitement of synchro under the guidance of a dedicated and experienced coaching team. All participants will perform their choreographed routines at our semi-annual watershows in December and June. As well, our competitive teams perform in both provincial and national level events.

Ottawa Synchro is a member of Synchro Ontario, which oversees synchronized swimming programs in Ontario. Competitive swimmers are automatically registered with Synchro Ontario and Synchro Canada.
